The role
Your key duties will include:
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for users
• Providing support for conferences, events, and meetings using Zoom and other AV technology
• Collaborating with the Deskside Services team and communicating with users to address technical issues and track the status of repairs
• Deploying and setting up equipment and new technologies within the firm, including office moves and staff training
• Maintaining detailed inventory of IT equipment at the firm
What you will bring to the role:
• Must-haves:
o Proficient with AV conferencing technologies, especially Zoom
o Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
o Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on diagnosing hardware and software issues
o Able to travel to other office locations when required
o Available to work additional hours to support events as needed
• Nice to have:
o A two-year degree in a relevant field from a college or technical school OR equivalent work experience
o Comfortable representing the firm in professional settings
Location and hours:
• Location: Roseland, NJ
• Hours: 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
• NB this is a full-time in-office position
