What you will be doing…
- Perform network troubleshooting analysis at a 2nd line level
- Assist in the development and execution of network projects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in firewall technologies, threat landscape, and security frameworks
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders
What you will need…
- Extensive experience as a Network Support Engineer, minimum 3 years’ experience
- In-depth knowledge of Fortinet
- Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and network principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
