Your role will span from designing resilient network infrastructures to implementing cutting-edge technology, shaping the world of networking as we know it. In this capacity, you'll collaborate closely with a talented and supportive cadre of networking professionals, fostering an environment where your insights are cherished and your professional development is nurtured.
What you will be doing...
- Collaborate with clients to discern their networking requirements and proffer cloud-based networking solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Strategize, execute, and oversee network projects from inception to conclusion, ensuring adherence to stipulated timelines and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for any business-as-usual (BAU) support issues.
- Engage in seamless project implementations by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and product management.
- Foster and manage client relationships during and post-project implementations, ensuring their expectations are consistently met or surpassed.
- Address and resolve technical hitches that may arise during project implementations, delivering effective solutions.
What you will need...
- MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE CCNP
- 3+ years of experience in delivering 3rd line support
- Experience in the design/architectural side including HLD and LLD
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, capable of effectively overseeing multiple networking projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the cultivation of robust client relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Proficiency in utilizing Office 365, Active Directory, and Anti-Virus products.
