Our client is a forward-thinking company within legal services, dedicated to providing a brilliant client service. They are dynamic and provide a collaborative work environment, where each team member's contribution is valued. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Service Desk Engineer to join the growing IT Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Assist in the administration of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Document and track all support activities using our service desk software.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Service Desk Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
• Proficient with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with network and server management.
• Proficiency in using service desk software and remote support tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
