Charlotte joined Franklin Fitch in 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant before transitioning into her present position as L&D and Academy Manager in 2019. Not only is she providing exceptional and uplifting support to those around her, but also played a key role in developing our Academies to what they are today.
She leads by example with enthusiasm, positivity, commitment and boundless energy. She is extremely professional and guides development, but never loses sight of the value of having fun.
