Exciting Applications Engineer opportunity, within an industry leading Law Firm as part of their Dayton, OH office.
This will see you be a true technical resource for the organization ensuring designated applications within the Firm is fully leveraging tools within its applications portfolio. Also serving as “application expert” when upgrades or enhancements of the application are considered.
Key skills required:
-Experience with the Microsoft 365 platform
-Microsoft OS desktop, server and database systems
-TIL methodologies and procedures
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Participate in application packaging requirements, configuration, design, and customization for large, complex, or Firm-wide applications.
- Act as Technical Reference User for assigned applications, frequently working with Business Reference User(s) to understand how applications are used at the firm.
- Assigned applications may include various desktop productivity applications – including the Microsoft 365 desktop suite, along with related administration of related cloud services, and other client server applications.
- Perform application deployments, upgrades and patch planning.
