Desktop Support Analyst | Manhattan, On-site (5 days)
W2, 3 – 6 month Contract (Possibility of Extension)
About Our Client
Our client is an organization working to improve the health and lives of people most impacted by mental illness. They work to involve such people with their community as a method of therapy and advancement for anyone dealing with mental illness.
What you will be responsible for
• Perform Tier 2/3 in-depth technical support
• Experience troubleshooting in a Windows environment with Azure and Office 365 tools
• Experience with Zoom and Okta would be desirable
• Provide IT Service Desk support to users within the organization for computer, application, system, device, and access and hardware issues.
• Plan, prioritize and schedule help desk activities to ensure maximum issue resolutions in minimum time
